-The Woolsafe Organization – A company devoted to promoting best practice in rug care through maintenance product evaluation and certification, education and training, and the promotion of professional cleaning and inspection services.
-Colorful Carpets Dye Correction Course – This course was taken in New York City and instructed by world renown expert in dye correction, Chris Howell.
